CFE Architects is an architecture and construction administration firm that has provided architectural services to the South Florida community since 1961. The firm has participated in and been involved with joint ventures overseeing the development of nearly four billion dollars of construction across central and South Florida. We have successful and long standing relationships with our clients and consultants, including various city planning and administrative officials. Today, the firm is led by founding partner Stuart Cohen alongside partners Lawrence Freedman and Guillermo Encinosa who have a combined experience and philosophy of providing their clients with the upmost professional services and results. We value our clients and all of our commissions are based on their best interest and the future of our community. Prior and recently established relationships with our clients have lasted for more than 20 years based on our principles of keeping our clients best interest a priority. The firm has gained local and national recognition for successful high-rise residential and mixed use projects ranging from 80,000 to over 600,000 square feet. Past projects have also included downtown metropolitan hospital expansions, office and commercial retail, and large residential developments.
